Play safe

House Rules

A safe galaxy is a fun galaxy. Here's how we keep every mission smooth.

The short version: socks on, adults supervise, play kind. These House Rules are incorporated into our Conditions of Sale — by entering, you and the children in your care agree to follow them so everyone stays safe and has fun.

Entry & supervision

  • Yooland is designed for children aged 1–8.
  • Children under 7 must be accompanied by an adult (18 years old or above). Children aged 7 and above may enter independently.
  • Parental supervision is required at all times for the safety of all children. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children.
  • All children must be in good health before entering. Management reserves the right to refuse or remove entry for anyone who appears unwell.
  • No exchanging of the accompanying adult partway through a session.

Dress code

  • Socks are compulsory for everyone on the play floor. Forgot yours? They're $3 a pair at the counter.
  • Empty your pockets before playing — no sharp objects, jewellery or loose items on the equipment.

On the play floor

  • Follow our crew's instructions and all posted signs at every zone. Age, height and safety requirements are displayed at individual attractions (go-kart circuit, trampolines, climbing wall).
  • One jumper per trampoline bed. No flips or landing on the padded frames.
  • Toddler areas are reserved for our youngest astronauts — please keep bigger kids on the big-kid equipment.
  • Strictly no outside food and drinks on the premises.
  • We reserve the right to impose a $15 clean-up and sanitisation charge for incidents such as vomiting, urine leaks and drink spillage.
  • Damage caused through unruly behaviour or misuse of the facilities will be charged to the guest.

Respect & responsibility

  • All staff have the right to be treated with respect. Hurtful comments or gestures will not be tolerated.
  • Children and adults use our facility at their own risk. We accept no responsibility for injuries, accidents and/or loss of property.
  • Images and videos captured on-site may be used in a way that is adequate, relevant and not excessive, for professional and marketing purposes — see our Privacy Policy.
  • We reserve the right to alter operating hours, shorten or halt playtime, or revise these rules whenever necessary without prior notice.
