Important notice — your entry and use of the services and facilities are conditional upon your acceptance of these Conditions of Sale. Please read these terms with care as they may affect your legal rights.

The following terms and conditions of sale ("Conditions of Sale") apply to the sale of any entry tickets or use of the services and facilities provided by Yooland Pte. Ltd., with its subsidiaries and affiliates (hereinafter, "Our", "Us", "We" or "Yooland"). The Waiver, Privacy Policy, House Rules, and Product and Service Terms and Conditions (collectively, the "Appendices") are incorporated by reference into these Conditions of Sale and form part of your agreement with us. These Conditions of Sale are available at any time for your reference on our Website (the "Website"), and may be revised, supplemented and amended from time to time. All capitalised terms used and not defined here have the meanings given to them in the Appendices.

All participants under the age of 12 (the "minor") must be supervised by a responsible adult. Where a participant is responsible for a minor (whether as legal guardian or otherwise), the participant agrees to be bound by these Conditions of Sale on the minor's behalf. The participant takes responsibility for the minor's safety and must directly supervise them at all times.

While in any Yooland venue, you consent to images and video being taken for security or promotional purposes, of you and the minors for whom you are responsible. We have installed CCTV for the purposes of crime prevention and public safety. Such images and videos are the exclusive property of Yooland, and you agree to the free publication and/or use in any form or media of such images and videos, without payment or compensation. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our staff through our Website, and we will remove such images from our publicity materials as soon as practicable. You must comply with all of our signs and other directions. We may suspend or cancel your access to recreational activities at any of our venues, in our absolute discretion, for non-compliance with these conditions or for reckless or careless conduct.

Participants must be in good health and physical condition, and free from any medical conditions that may affect or preclude them from safely participating in any activities.

Yooland, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to change our operating dates and hours, and to remove or cancel all or any activities or areas within the venue for any reason — including but not limited to technical, health and safety and/or operational reasons, or due to special events or private functions. For the avoidance of doubt, no part of the value of the ticket will be refunded, nor will any compensation be payable, if any advertised activities or areas are removed or closed during a visit.

If you choose to use any locker or storage facilities offered by us, we do not recommend storing valuables there. We are not responsible for any loss of or damage to property stored in any locker or storage facility at our venue (whether arising from our negligence or otherwise). Participants must look after their own belongings at all times. Items such as phones and cameras may be damaged if used; Yooland is not liable for any loss of or damage to a participant's property (however caused) in the course of any Yooland activities.

Where the purchaser is buying tickets/passes for third parties, the purchaser must ensure that the adults of all participants, and the purchaser's agents and/or affiliates, have read and agreed to these Conditions of Sale.

By entering a Yooland venue, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these Conditions of Sale, and agree to be bound by them.

Pricing

Cancellation due to error or unavailability

You acknowledge that, despite our reasonable precautions, products may be listed at an incorrect price, with incorrect information, or may be unavailable due to error or oversight. In these circumstances, Yooland reserves the right to cancel the transaction, even if your order has been confirmed and your payment has been charged. If such a cancellation occurs after you have been charged, Yooland will promptly issue a credit for the amount in question.

Cancellation for other reasons

Under normal circumstances, a confirmed order will enable you to engage in the activities specified in your order at the Yooland venue. However, there may be circumstances in which we are unable to make the venue, activities or facilities available on the date or at the time allocated — for example, unexpected closure, damage rendering facilities unsafe, insufficient staff availability, or any law, instrument, rule, order or regulation of any authority. We reserve the right to cancel tickets at short notice (in less than 24 hours). In such cases we will inform you and either refund the ticket price or allow you to reschedule (where possible). Yooland is not liable for travel costs or any other losses in connection with such cancellation.

Changes to these conditions

The conditions applicable to the purchase of Yooland products may differ from time to time. Yooland reserves the right to make changes to comply with applicable legislation, and to change the details and conditions published on the Website without prior notice, provided this does not materially affect the nature of the products purchased by you. Your continued use of Yooland products and/or the Website constitutes acceptance of the amended Conditions of Sale. Please check the Website regularly for the most up-to-date version.

Order submission and your agreement

When you click the "I Agree" checkbox, you agree to these Conditions of Sale and Yooland will treat this as a binding order. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order. Upon confirming your order, Yooland will supply you — subject to availability — with the products set out in your order. Yooland will normally confirm each order made online or by email within two business days. Once you have submitted an order, your payment is non-refundable, even if you decide not to use the ticket(s) ordered.
